 a day in the life

in honor of his birthday, fiancé is taking us into a "day in the life":

on a workday:

"so, i wake up pretty late in the morning, meaning i skip breakfast usually. i shower, always before work, leave and head out on a thirty-minute ride at 11:30am. i have a phone call with my grandma around 11:45, then a phone call with mom (every single workday). 

when i'm at work, i tend to bullshit the first half of the day, and i spend my first few daytime breaks outside, at a park bench. in the evening, when it gets busier, i plug in my phone and watch, finish up the long workday. around 5 o'clock, i call fiancée and parents during my lunch break. 

i have lunch in my car or park bench. if i don't pack lunch, there's only three options nearby: one chinese restaurant, one mexican restaurant, and a charley's. 

done with work, start heading home and make more phone calls (down the list of all my kin). when i get home, i make a late nite dinner, often around 11 or even midnight. (*author side note: there was a time these meals were documented on snapchat like a real celebrity chef)."

on a non-workday:

"non workdays are date days."

i'll lead you into some of fiancé's eclectic looks of this year. from sweatpants and borderline pajamas, to lagerfelds and laurens, this dude can truly be versatile in his looks.

the classic go-to hoodie with some perfect denim, and crisp nike shoes.

celebratory dinner after our engagement. 
i just now realize he's wearing the exact same thing he did when he proposed:
ralph lauren polo and the khlassic khakis, nike sneakers and a necklace, because we both have to bling!

day trip to krka waterfalls:
band tee we got last fall, bright blue swim (?) shorts, and statement socks.
