7-26-26 MY FAVES: 1D is sweet sixteen!

  what i'm watching... sib and i spent this week rewatching this is us  (one direction tour documentary), old one direction video diaries, and really all old 1D content we still know by heart. the band turned 16 - with an everlasting hiatus and no knowledge of ever returning back together, and one member - dead. my younger self would be sad to hear that, but she'd be happy to know i'm still just as obsessed with the band as i was when i was 14.  regressing back to teen habits, sib and i began rewatching pretty little liars . i was actually petrified at the few pedo moments (mr fitz and spencer's future brother-in-law? unwatchable now that my brain has fully developed). nevertheless, for the few cooler days when we can't go to the pool, this show has been serving as fab fitspo for some 2010 crucial styling moments: dangly necklaces, oversized sunnies, flip phones, tights, and inappropriate funeral-wear. the reason i've been late with posting is because i watched ...

7-26-26 MY WEEK: diagnosed with the one direction infection

  feels like deja vu this week. monday  i fulfilled a teenage dream of seeing louis tomlinson live  - at his how did we get here  tour. granted, nothing will bring back the opportunity to see one direction  live, but i was enamored with my fave band member, crying approximately 3 times during the concert. this is good, as i am a chronic crier.  the merch bag was merch itself the one direction infection continued through thursday (just like the hoarse throat after absolutely screaming my lungs out), and my social media was filled with one direction  throwback for their 16th anniversary. it was never a phase, mom!  we went to the garfield museum  on sunday, but more about that in this week's inspo! this week's looks i was inspired by sib's garden of wonders. currently the home to an itty-bitty bunny, an occasional possum, and alvin, our quality assurance for strawberries, sib's luscious garden keeps us cool in the evenings and we enjoy sitting ...
