i am glad it was a short work week due to the holiday. it gave us just enough time to get adjusted to the jetlag, and swelter in the unusual ohio heat. this week was all about sib, and you'll get to read about her more in other entries. we celebrated her birthday by taking a walk thru chagrin falls, getting there too late to wander around past meets present, my fave vintage designer boutique. we agreed to follow up there another time. we got dinner - sushi for me and thai steak salad for her, and some light cocktails, finishing up with a decadent kahlua sundae on top of a brownie.

we finally took down our last summer decorations in the house, completed a deep clean and even thoroughly cleared out the garage. now, if only the weather would comply...

thursday evening walk. navy tank, biker shorts, crisp white cotton shirt, walking sneakers, uniqlo tote and headphones.
friday work. a set from pull and bear, paired with black leather and gold hardware - purse and shoes, and gucci black and gold sunnies.
for my friday walk, i wore a graphic tee and polo sweatpants, a fleece red jacket (for the dewy mornings and cooler evenings), sneakers, gucci sunnies and headphones.
on saturday, fiancé, his grandma, and i went grocery shopping together. i wore a vintage knit sweater, stradivarius khaki shorts, woven purse and brown flip flops.
what am i looking forward to next week?
i'm not going to lie, i am excited for fall season to start in full swing, and i wouldn't mind rainy days and cozy cardigans. but i do have some cute summer items in my wardrobe that could use some styling and wearing. so i plan to use hangouts and upcoming parties to knock these looks out!
